Bourges to Orleans

Our hotel in Bourges is not well situated to find foods, so we move on down the road to find breakfast and lunch stuff. It turns out we are following the path of Jeanne d'Arc in 1429. In Mehun-sur-Yevre we find espresso, food and some interesting edifices.

As we leave Mehun, we come across a neat old car:

I have no idea what it is
From Mehun, it's on to Blois to see a bigger castle.

The chateau was the residence of several kings, including Henry III and Louis XII.

We race a little old lady (81) up these steps. She says it keeps her young, since she does it every day.

We go to the Cathedral Saint Nicholas and take a look around

We move up le Loire to Orleans just as Jeanne d'Arc did almost 500 years ago
